Re: World Leaders - PBP French troop training is complete and troops are stationed just outside of Barcelona. Three turns remain on intercontinental artillery. France starts construction of 2 destroyers, 1 in Barcelona and 1 in Bourges. (3 turn for both) Fighter jets have finished, and are moved onto a carrier in the Atlantic. 2 crew members are being trained per jet (16 total, 2 turns). Petroleum drilling rig nearing completion. Still requesting audience of Cuba and NPAA.
Re: World Leaders - PBP Country : Cuba Political : After talking with Brazil for a while we have decided and I am pleased to announce that we have formed a treaty. Any attack on Mexico will drag me into the conflict (this is for anyone plotting against Brazil).

Re: World Leaders - PBP Mexican troops steam roll through and secures all of central America taking light casualties. Mexico now begins the process to rebuild what little got damaged in the fighting and integrating everything into the Mexican system. Mexico would like to set up a meeting with Brazil. Mexico opens up the door for France to receive Tokyum if a fair deal is reached. Mexican research into space defense continues. Troops: Mexico starts building 8 armored vehicle transports to add to the carrier fleets.

Re: World Leaders - PBP France declares war on Brazil. All building has ceased. Any research halted. All resources have been moved to the production of military. 5 tanks are now under construction in Aix-en-Provence (2 turns), 15k troops are being trained in Montaubon (2 turns), and all efforts are being put towards the war speeding up production. Destroyers have 2 turns until completion, and all submarines are moved to the Atlantic outside France.
