Re: World Leaders - PBP French submarines have finished being researched, and are being constructed in Bourges. Bourges is deemed the naval capital of France. France begins research on high velocity, penetrating torpedoes. (Finished 2 turns as torpedoes are already understood technology). France requires the aid of Mexico to start developing seed to produce agriculture in the lands of France. Perhaps we share the knowledge?

Re: World Leaders - PBP Country : Cuba -Political : after hearing of Israel's appearance to come to the popes meeting Cuba would like to set up a peace treaty between Israel and Cuba for the only the time that both countries are there. The same request applied to Sweden if they choose to go.
