    Yeah your right everything don't need to be for EBs and it may level the playing field lower players can target higher build and take them down to their level so they can hit back

This has been brought up before by moose and as I said before I think u souls only be able to destroy buildings in highlands this means new players ain't put off by getting farmed at the start of there career n not getting a chance to put a decent build together and HLBC players won't be put off by losing something they spent months doing

  17. Like I said damage a building to a point where you cannot use those troops or spies associated with that building.

    In effect you don't lose the building but take a hit to your stats until the building is repaired.
