Because many laws cover prejudiced under the same laws as racism.


I do find that saying someone looked disabled is an insult to disable people and that it's wrong of you to be so closed minded about what disability "looks like"

 

Yet calling someone an idiot is also taking a jab at the mental status of of the certain individual

 

It's a known fact that stupid people look stupid

 

They do not let you plead your case they state to be unbanned you must state exactly what you said and why it was wrong they don't compromise and say the ban was wrongful they side with the mod who banned you.

 

The account in question was banned for repeated racist remarks in public channels.
