I assume they need people who know how to read. And if they know how to read to understand what they read. Obviously you have hard time to understand the OP.

This is kinda lame. Like. It said if you are perm silenced. Not ever have been. And if we have been let us test and clean our slate.

 

If you take your criminal records and wipe them clean, the deed has still been done.

People who complain about not realising there was a link on page 1 to signup aren't thorough enough to be testers anyway.
