You mention two players casting a spell at the same time, but the screenshot provided only shows one. There have also been no purchases of Astral Glim by ---ALLUKA_ZOLDYCK--- in the past 48 hours.
Community can you not read? The double stack was a few days ago. She got the double as well as everyone else, and alc received one. These screenshots show another time of the multiple occurances. This one wasn't even due to double casting this one was just alc casting. How dare you even accuse me of lying over your own problems. Ive been a loyal player since September 18, 2009. Ive spent more money on this game than in my bank account and never have I asked for a refund or tried to screw you guys out of anything. The only other issue Ive ever took upon myself in game was when you guys censored the LGBT words back in '10. And you guys came on and apologized and allowed us to say the words. Never have I asked for you to give any player a refund. But you guys finally are asked and you accuse us of lying. Again I couldn't care any less about the refund. You're being disrespectful by not realizing your mechanics are flawed. Its okay to admit it being the first PVP Promo. Its expected.

I did contact Support. No response. I did not receive a second spell or extended time. Mine didnt count towards my account Ward, yet when it expired, others' in clan continued and mine did not. Hence, mine did not "stack", nor was it backlogged. Yet you still charged me 59nobility points. kaw_community, you can play the denial game all you want, it wont benefit you. It merely strengthens the dissatisfaction of players in the flawed system. Just another nail in the coffin lid, so to speak.

@RNA, I won't lie. If KC hadn't seen this first, I would have locked it. Forums is not the place for this, as no kawer can help them with this. Support are the only ones. But glad it's all getting fixed now.
Well if its about a glitch why would it not be allowed here? Doing this was the only way towards getting help apparently. Been a few days and still no response from support.
Lately support has been giving "not much support" tbh. I was in a indy war with my nf empty even being ko and koing another player. I was complaining about it and their answer "after" the war ended: restart the app and let us know if happens again. Well i didn't war since but i regret that wasted xtal. And ofc... I had restarted the app several times, 10 min before war ends boom all the nf full at once.
This was the only way to receive a response. Forums is the place for discussion of topical issues. im disappointed a "Mod" has such a backwards attitude.
I did find it funny that 2 were casted by the same clan. Unfortunately, I did not take a SS either. My bad. KC, get your ass in gear. Either refund or give em something. Seriously, you can bend over backwards for whales but can't do this for regular players. That's a shame.

Oh. My. God. The reason these things are not meant for forums is because of personal info. This thread is in league with the "i lost my acct, plx hulp' threads. Only a support member can help you. You literally just shared someone else's personal info - his purchase receipt. Which is one of the very very few ways he can verify his purchase - on a thread with 900 views. It was then reposted several times. I wonder how many enterprising folks SS'd that before I deleted it, and also claimed it as their own. These rules are in place in forums to protect people, and sometimes, its from themselves. I get that you are trying to help your clanmate. But right now, you are really undermining his case and trying to make some massive drama over the fact your email wasn't answered fast enough. In future, if you feel your urgent email is not being responded to, PM me the case number, and I will use my priority email to have it reviewed.
