No they haven't, if you were capable of reading you'd see that last Nov PiMD got x2 pvp action pay out with chances of their version of a SoD dropping, were as our pvp events have been "run and collect this so at the end it adds to your collection of that" not to mention this pvp event is pretty much down played by how many osfs there are, only 2x gold with a wand or puppet spell, doesn't drop SoDs but very rarely it will make mith appear if you have a wand. If you think collecting pretty red jewels is better than double pay out on wars and general pvp with $6 items randomly dropping, you're an idiot.
All Kaw needs for pvp players to compete is bigger payout from pvp actions and random mith drops at a relatively common rate. That would allow pvp players to compete without needing EBs. Pvp players buy xtls so Kaw still gets its money. As it is pvp players either have to hit EBs and events for gold and do events or EE for equip. Given Kaw was created as a pvp game let those who want to just pvp be able to do so and still remain competitive. It's a shame the promises back in 2013 haven't been met as many decent pvp players have stopped playing
