The devs posted on their recent thread regarding the Apoc/ZAFT matchup. Apoc was ranked #2 and ZAFT #1. The matchup between the two powerhouses was inevitable, and the only matchup possible.

 

Ambassador is in a clan that is in osw with kotfe assassins and getting beat up pretty bad, thats why
