Same article has Japan having .6/100 ppl per capita owning a firearm. Stats r from 2013 In 2nd place is Sweden with 45.7/100
Maybe it not so much that the U.S. has more gun related deaths than other countries rather we are just better shots XD
U got that right but law abiding ppl r not lol It ain't Hollywood where da bad guys always miss. U might wanna ask urself..did he fire 5 or 6? I rightly don't know myself. Do ya feel lucky punk?
Dude, this guy loaded his shotgun with six shells and placed it in his front yard. The mail was delivered, Girl Scouts came to hand out cookies, the trash was taken and the gun hadn't killed a single person. He's now in the world record book for the laziest gun owner ever.
Uh dumbass black kids pointing a gun at police deserves to be shot. If he didn't have a gun then nothing would've happened
If it was a white kid I would've said a dumbass white kid second y harass a cop if you're dumb enough to do that then you deserve to be shot. Don't bother cops they don't bother you
Point is race isn't the factor in either situation, your comment is suggestive that black people who point guns deserve to be shot, put it the other way, it's still race suggestive about white kids then. How about saying "PEOPLE who point guns at officers deserve to be shot"
Yea and another thing, if you were getting attacked and had no self defense to attack back(unless your in California where you get I trouble for defending your home with a gun) then I sure would call the cops, and they would help. My point is, there are good and bad people in the world, and some cops are bad, but overall most are there to help. So the end.
Actually I have done the research. Almost every gun used in crime is an illegally acquired one. 99.963 percent of legally purchased fire arms are not used to commit a crime. Sources: fbi.gov/crimestats/firearm , doj.gov, cdc.gov/deathrates
A news channel is not a credited source. Yes roughly 300 million guns are in circulation and registered. However, many people own multiple firearms. In fact most gun owners own atleast 2. Making it 1/2 the population. Some like my grandfather own 60. Average it out its about 1 in 10 adult Americans
Just my opinion, I think the true monsters Are those who try to divide America for their own gain...color shouldn't matter if any one chooses to attack a officer of the law, regardless of their race the police are entitled to self defense as is any human being. The media , the so called "spokesman" or self proclaimed representatives of the alleged victim do more to incite violence and hate than any single group I can think of. They make statements designed to inflame people, rarely does anything they say help heal. So called rev sharpton and and those like him do not want a strong united America. There is no place in a United America for them. They need us to stay divided , to buy into what they preach. It wasnt till I was an adult that I learned 70% of early Americans came to USA against their will. According to my liberal teachers in Mass , all white people owned slaves. I was told that my ancestors owned slaves. Though the teacher had no idea of who I was or what my family history is, both sides of my family fled oppression, coming to USA in early 20s...that didnt please my teacher when I shared that, she replied"they did something they are white" so was the teacher .to stay in power they need us to hate each other.truth has no place in their world.
we all do wrong whether you are black or white you under the same law as the other . skin doesnt matter.they say racism ended, years ago .it hasnt and will take a long time to end .but if this is to happen we need to be honest and acceptfull .
"Pointing a handgun" "Brutally gunned down" No wait, he was black so it's racist! This is redicilous OP, really. By stating a gun was drawn the officer's life was put in immediate danger, does he not have to right to defend himself? Although I do believe our government is corrupt, this is just ignorant. My opinion? He had it coming. He committed a major offense and if the police officer had not reacted what do you think would've happened? He would've been shot and probably killed dead. And would we be talking about this right now? No, because he's an officer of the law. I'm not saying he deserved to die, but he wasn't "innocent". You stated that he even committed a crime, and a very serious one at that.
take this **** down just gone cause arguments bc ppl have different views and that's not gone solve the true issues
What would the kid expect to happen after pointing a gun in someone's face? The officer probably wouldve shot a White kid too
haha seriously. our socitey has become rampant with violent moron criminals and it is actually the "cool thing" to do because our population is severly under educated and ignorant. most americans think reading is beneath them and whatever is the social norm of conformity is what is correct because they live in these little bubble worlds where they will never have real life experiences or a parent to teach them respect and about life but they have GTA.
