Ok I grant u that but there is no fix for that other then there being no equip and u really think they are upset about scaling try taking it away
Station it doesn't help hansels at all. You still can't get away from the 2.5m strength added by spy attack potions (or whatever it is), that cannot be countered by spy defence potions. Hence the reason scout bombs hurt so much.
Does that ally cap thing also mean that if an ally is hired during the war, you can't hire back? Since the ally value will go up which pushes above the cap? Or is it actually stopping ally hires altogether?
Or like i just said, scale bfa instead. The only people this would hurt are the overpowered sh and lb...
Sb did not kill han. It was the introduction of and allowed people to make hybrid easy. Since they only use 1 hr wars now. Hybrid plundered them easily. Anything less than 3m adt on han they were leaks. Also the provided sh with easy plunder targets that paid real good. Sb was not the reason they are used less. 1 hr wars with 11 builds are not han friendly
@ station I think we are arguing about something we agree on. Mechs are screwed and the biggest reason for it was the equipment. Hopefully scaling them to troop count will help alleviate some of the issues. And yes sct bomb killed hansel. Hansel was always weak to attacks from all builds, sh/gh included. This is nothing new. About 1 1/2 yr ago, or somewhere around that time, devs introduced new mechanics for scouts. The new mechanics, along with the 3 new spy attack pots, created a whole new issue. There is no way a build such as mine should be able to scout bomb a build like my Mickey acct. The reason I keep spy attk low on this acct is because of the screwy mechs. Why build em when there is no need and I can still be a hansel terrorist?
Scaling equip with troops is ridiculous I wouldn't even war until I had some 20T in bfa for the static bonus. As for closing the plunder difference gap that's a good idea as well as plunder based on BFE. But if adding plunder to BFE you should also add it to BFA. Ally caps on matches are also good. Can't alter your hit ratio post matchup if BFA is locked.
U can't hit a han WITH 0 GOLD OUT unless u are hybrid. That is what killed them because they leak. Do people seriously don't know build mechanics. Sb killed han what a joke. They were fine in so when u warred longer than an hour.
Scout bomb is the counter to a build that has 3 actions 1 of which can effect both spies and troops while there is no counter action from troops to kill spies ... Scouting is needed to counter hansels That being first a hansel needs to realize it's place in ee ... It's not to plunder it's for control (using that action of assassinate) then secondly u need to understand that staic equip screwed up mechs for all of kaw evenly... Making smalls overpowered , bigs open to att from builds never should been able , and yes making scouting way to easy Third realize it wasn't scouting that killed hansels in ee it was the shorter wars ... Hansels are about control not plunder .. 1 hour wars are only about plunder no control We can all agree there was no stronger build then hansel before ee before equip and was still one of the strongest in 4 hour wars 2 hour wars where u started seeing them decrease in numbers 1 hour wars is wat killed them
Fact: most LB derive their power from build/allies Fact: most sh drop bfe for wars Fact: most sh derive their power from pots/allies Fact: most mids and bigs derive their power from build/bfe Tell me then how this "solution" does anything more than kill any chance of beating an LB/SH high bfa clan? Nerfing the plunder of sh during war is fantastic but from the sounds of things only sh thatbare dumb enough to wear full eq in war would be nerfed anyways.
Didn't say anything about it helping matching just that scaling was a needed fix to an old oversight
The idea of making builds pay better will fix the sh builds. Will increase mids warring because now they have someone to plunder. Lb/sh rosters will actually have to fight. Making rosters bigger makes lb less effective making the wars more enjoyable. People that are complaining don't know what it's like to be in a war without sh. They are scared they will actually have to war an even match
Making BFE % based Is an awful idea ... I've said this before, I will say it again ... The best way to make wars more fair is to nullify any BFA bonus for the duration of war. Most people have equipment so it would level the playing field a hell of a lot, why don't you at least acknowledge this eh?? Scrap any bonus from BFA during war, most issues solved . Easy.
Or at least have some wars where you nullify BFA, the leaderboard can choose not to take part in those if they wish , up to them , but it's at least worth testing surely? A few wars a week like that, see how it goes, stats vs stats , give it a try.
Another thing to consider is that with atleast 2 of these changes u won't need to be as towered to war Towers don't really help that much from full bars 8 mill def is still 8 mill def if someone has 9 mill att they will win doesn't matter how many towers u have ... Towers help from low bars where static things got all screwed up Nothing will ever protect u from big lb or huge bfa but these changes mean less countering of static force with towers meaning less plunder loss and bigger over all stats are possible to be just as effective as u are now (or more effective for mids and hansels)
