First of all, sh arent much of an exploit.
Second, why must new players grow to 10M before warring?
There are sh over 10M cs if you include bfa by the way

Like Omar said, Sh arent an exploit. Its always been a build, even before EE. Its the people who exploit it. Devs cant always fix the stuff we screw up.

 

(I know I'm an sh. I was also a gh before. I will always change my build to be the exploit build.)

In season making a league system of wars based on your overall size is a good idea. The higher league you war in the better the rewards. Makes sense. Shs can still war but but their refusal to grow only places them in a situation where they are making 1/3 of the rewards.

 

That also penalises genuine warriors trying to grow though. Also gives the best better equipment when they are already massive
