I think a mystery story is definitely out of the running kimber. Sorry. As stora said, foreshadowing would be nearly impossible.People may fight over who actually did it, and it could turn into a jumbled mess. A mystery just isn't practical, especially since this is the first one. Fantasy and sci fi is easier merely because it can support many characters and can have many different plots without getting messy and confusing.
Okay you guys win this round (but I will have a mystery one day). So... Fantasy and SciFi? ...What's an example of Science Fiction again?
How do you know about NLH and Endgame??? Are you really GlooMi, but pretending to be her voiding just to fool us? Sci Fi: Aliens, futuristic, outer space, advanced technology... Etc.
I know about endgame because I glanced at every story on the superthread. I remembered that one because although I only read the 1st chapter, I remembered how long it was And I know about NLH because I was the one who made the main character Aynia.
i like fantasy, it's easy to write, most writers are familiar with it(at least i think so) and i think it's fun to make up everything
Like elves dwarfs dragons and humans only as characters Or no resurrection magic unless agreed upon by the majority Or no bunnies because they are too fluffy (this may not actually be the restriction list but you get the point)
NOOOOO!!! BUNNIES ARE CUTE, FLUFFY AND CUTE!! AND VERY FLUFFY AND VERY CUTE!!!! Doesn't the cuteness just make you cry? *Starts crying due to extreme bunny cuteness*
Not to diss lovers of elves and dwarves and stuff but stories like those based in medieval times irritate me for some reason. It's nothing personal, belive me. It must be my pet peeve about Lord of the Rings or something...
