addition to broken swords and war inactivity

  1. Dunno, an inactive tank is less leaky than an active ps1. And the inactive tank is still more likely to rack up 200 war tokens from defends than the ps1 will from offensive action.

    I just hate the cast, match, and fall asleep inactives, because the incentives to war unsocial time slots are too attractive.

    I would counter-propose more war times. Evenly spaced, 8 slots per day, woc capped to four per day. That would satisfy complaints about residing in advantageous time-zone and reduce the incentives to cast for a war slot you cannot commit to because of rl.
