Shattered swords should get the account locked during their duration... Let the person login and observe but they can't do any actions xD... Imagine logging in and watching your account stripped clean, not able to do anything about it >.<

I say strip all EE lvl earned. Don't war, lose it all. More incentive to be on and active. Tired of these peeps just doing it to renew EE lvl
