It is not possible for another person to access your account, unless you: have bought or were given the account from someone else, (ie - you are not the original owner of the account) have given out your account log in details or security information The accounts in question were accessed by people who had sold the accounts and retained access to them. This is why we do not condone account sales or transfers of ownership. If you are not the original owner of the account, your account is at risk of being accessed by the original owner. As per the TOU: A Thinking Ape does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void and may result in the forfeiture of your Account. You are responsible for the safety and well being of your account and how it is accessed. The ability to self-transfer accounts using ATA IDs/Facebook/Mochi is your responsibility to use safely. If you disclose your ATA ID, Facebook or Mochi details to another party and your account is harmed, support will not restore your account. To reiterate: The malicious account access was a result of a past account sale. It is not possible to gain access to an account without account login details. Do not engage in account sales or gifting and do not give out your account details. Doing either of these voids any support we can give you as they are against the terms of use. It is a good idea to change your passwords from time to time and to NOT use the same password for all accounts.
