  4. It was a part of an event that gave large amounts of aqua or inferno depending on the eb.

    There was HTE Inferno and HTE Aqua, unsure about rowtb variants.

    Regardless, I don't see anyone do them anymore so I think they're locked until the next inferno/aqua event.
