@dionise that was a lot of interesting points! One thing I would like to make clear is I DO NOT believe in the Christian Devil, I believe in an entity that has existed throughout all religions in some form. I call Him by many names, but the Christian ones are the most easily recognizable. I do not believe in the Abrahamic God, Jesus, etc. Sorry for the confusion on that. As far as prayer, most of the praying I do is to ask for empowerment in different aspects of my life. You must not whine to Set as that would not be well received. As far as morality, it can differ between Satanists. In my personal belief, I feel that pleasure seeking is good, so long as you cause no harm to others.
Since God, by definition, is the creator of the whole universe, he is the creator of time. Therefore He is not limited by the time dimension He created, so has no beginning in time God is the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity. Therefore He doesn't have a cause.
I believe that there were two equal powers Satan and God that created the earth, mankind, and everything else.
And why did you choose to believe in satan instead of God? Where countless religions, even those who believe in no God, still attribute satan with evil?
Because I believe the rift between the two happened when Satan tried to bring knowledge and understanding of the universe to man. God wanted us to be subservient to him and hence a war began between the two creators. I chose the one I think has my best interests in mind.
Just because we don't currently have a solid answer doesn't mean is has to have been a sort of divine intervention. Perhaps the answer to out creation lies in the Earth's oceans, which we have explored roughly 4% of.
If satan and God are defined as two separate beings, and God is the creator of the universe and everything in it, did he not also create lucifer? The translation of lucifer is "the angel of light". Which implies he is good, as light is perceived to be good. However according the bible, satan is anything but good. He is, as is claimed many times, "the master of deception" as when Satan took the form of a serpent and deceived Adam and Eve into eating the forbidden fruit.
@psycho, if we've only explored 4% of the earths oceans, how can one ever expect to find the answer? Look at how tiny earth looks compared to the rest of the universe.

Lucifer only had 1/3rd of heaven on his side so he fought outnumbered 2-1 makes it obvious why he lost Ps. Lucifer literally means "the brightest star" Pps. I'm atheist just to say before you accuse me of being biased
