Shotguns aren't my area of expertise, compared to handguns and Rifles. The last shotgun I bought was an Ithaca O/U, with engravings. Nice little gun.
This is true. I bought one a few months ago. 2nd time I took it to the range, the feed mechanism literally fell apart within the gun and the result was a double-feed. Thank the gods that I didn't force the second round in and fire it, else I'd probably be dead or disfigured. I took it apart and found that the retaining pin for the guide rods are glued into the buttstock. Glue. I sent it back to Kel-Tec and told them the pin should be press fit. What did they do? They glued it back in and mailed it back to me
Probably the best weapon for me to this day. This revolver has made history in AMC's "The Walking Dead." The colt Python. Probably an easy mistakable gun just because of its old age? Nah this gun has made the dead crawl back down to their graves. This little 1955 granddaddy of revolvers has made my love for guns grow again.
I debated mentioning the Python in the OP. I got a Python Replica Cap gun for my tenth birthday, and had the opportunity to fire a few live ones a year or so ago. The only reason it didn't make it into the top five was because of the Beretta. They are pretty damn sweet.
Guns are very dangerous.........for your bank account. I bought my first firearm 2 years ago for home defense. Now I have a 6 foot tall, 2,300 pound safe filled with various firearms. There will always be the "next project" or the "Ooo I want one of those." So be careful!
Trust me, I know. If I used the money I spend on guns to buy other stuff, I would most likely have a Corvette. Which I would promptly sell to buy more guns.

Yes maybe my wording could have been better. Any gun in a certain persons hand can be very accurate. I could but I won't argue which is more reliable. Because as I said to each their own. I will say go watch a video by Larry Vickers : Glock torture test.
I have actually seen that. They can take some punishment. And you can argue for days which guns are better, but it all comes down to what you can hit the target with. For a gun that can take extreme torture, I would say the Sig Saur wins.
Sigs are great as a heavy pistol, but glocks are very durable. FPS Russia, who is generally an idiot, but he did a great torture test on a Glock 17, still functioning almost perfectly after.
