The material required to enchant it max level is only obtainable through this event. For the next event in the series, it's possible that you can enchant it further or there being a new banner entirely.

 

Erm…so at the end of it i'm getting more pretend free stuff. Sounds like a win to me.

 

The PVE and War paths are two separate paths where you can earn both full sets of equipment.

For example, if you place in top 10/100 in War each time, you'll get the full set of War equips, and same for PVE.

This is the only case where you can get two of the same equipment slots (by placing top in the War event, as well as the rewards you would receive from PVE)

 

Thank you Chaos but now it raised another question. So you need 6 continental tokens to max the banner? For 15k you'll get pretty much 4 banner. Because it gives 4 tokens I'm assuming that's 4 upgrades to the banner?

We don't know the upgrade costs for the banner yet however it says in the OP that the banner drops from all parts of the event series so I assume that more tokens will drop from other event parts.Looks like it will take a lot of tokens to max the banner.

As for banners and their upgrade costs, you will be able to see this from the banner's enchantment section in the Mage. You'll be able to see how many Banner Tokens are required to upgrade as you level up your banner.

Generally speaking, the top banners (in this case, the top level) are reserved for the top players. Because of this, you will need to actively participate in each part of the event in order to be able to earn enough Banner Tokens over the course of the entire event to level up your banner to the top level.

Keep in mind, however, that you can earn extra Banner Tokens from placing in the top tiers of the War event too!

Most of people
Here have jobs and their activity can't be same in all events. One event I might be able to get top 10 other I might get 15k. It will really suck if I get a ring with top 10 key and chest armor with 15k key. There should be a control on which item we want instead of being random.

Add a top 500, top 100 and top 10. That way it is lot more competitive and more people actually try to get on that top 500 lb.

Honestly with price of new lands. The lack of SB being given in these promos are bad. Yes I see you upped them but not enough for the inflation. Typical government control. Socialistic gaming at it's finest 

Hey devs how do you get more then one equipment key throughout the event?

 

So ebs drop the event chest?

 

If they compromised with handing out a poopload of gold everytime new lands come out, they might as well not release them.
