  3. No, he's just unable to understand the definition of "original".

He answered his own question, i figured he would have enough sense to understand "misleading origin" means content must be an original work of the poster. Meaning not a copy, not stolen from a website, or pirated material, or infringing on another individual's property rights or intellectual rights.

However, the game moderators have just as much lack of respect for the TOU in this aspect, since this is not locked already.

  7. Umm......IIIVladIII has now proven twice that this is not original

And About_30_Ninjaz claimed that it was his own work

Definition of plagiarism according to dictionary.com is

"an act or instance of using or closely imitating the language and thoughts of another author without authorization and the representation of that author's work as one's own, as by not crediting the original author"

    Therefore this is plagiarism right??

    Also, according to Wikipedia:

    "Plagiarism...is a serious ethical offense"

    From the Rules of Conduct:

Now I know what you all are thinking, "That's Wikipedia anyone can change it so it's not reliable", it is true that anyone can change it whenever they want, but there is also a large amount of people surfing it correcting errors, because of this, despite what some teachers tell you, it is most of the time very reliable

So....mods? Are you gonna start doing your job now?

  8. This makes me laugh…and feel old

  10. i don't know why i am bothering. i sort of feel bad for you at this point.

when i don't understand the meanings of words, i use a dictionary. you should try it. because no combination of those words means what you claim.

if the ToU meant "must be an original work of the poster; it would say, "content must be an original work of the poster".

what it says is, you can't lie and claim that you are the author of a work and you can't post material that you do not have legal permission to post. you can post unoriginal work. i can post "mary had a little lamb" as often as i want. did i write "mary had a little lamb"? no? how is it that i can just use it however i choose then?

    because it is PUBLIC DOMAIN.
