    EST Ok not to late...
    GMT good because before work/school but waking up is a pain...
    SGT is bad because people will be at work at that time...

    In my opinion there is no good war time for all of them at once...I'm GMT.

  8. Don't ignore AEST, AEST is screwed, aprox 11 hours ahead of GMT . So day time = night time
