PSA for offer wallers, if you've ever completed an app action offer that didn't pay: tapjoy informed me directly that apparently, if you don't open the app within 10min of installing it, it doesn't count as being downloaded through tapjoy (and thus linked to the rewards). So, download the app, then open immediately before you get distracted is the lesson I learned.
