Ehh.. I'm a fan of certain forms of Socialism. Under certain conditions some forms do work. Being Russian I'm certainly not a fan of Marxism (Communism). But for American, i can see only Capitalism working. Dunno why. As for the left, they're just cancer.
I would ignore him, after a while I would send in a clean up crew as he would have exploded in frustration at at not be the centre of attention.
Ask him his foreign policy plans. Ask him his domestic plans... "We got a real problem, a real problem. We will fix this problem!" Crowd erupts in cheers.... One heckler. "Get him out of here" *dude gets pushed and shoved... The political platform is dead Hate and negativity rule politics now...
