That's correct. A level 3 castle will give you 40k spy attack and 40k spy defense to your CS even if you have no spy builldings

 

I'm pretty sure its 60k atk/def and 40k spy atk/def

 

It is. I just left off the 60k atk/def part because s/he was asking about spy stats

Between 30 and 40mil attack, preferably static. I can't give you an exact number, but with 27 I could win with 91 troops lost (minimum is 81 for me) on haunting, and now with 43mil I'm hitting cotd with 81 troops lost, so yea somewhere in-between there.

No. As long as you're not continuously bumping a dead thread.

If you're looking for haunt stats, my build can hit an FB on haunt, no pots or spells, with 0 losses.

 

Phoenix, that's because your bfe. It takes around 35m static to hit haunt without fails and use minimal troops.

 

Any attack build mind following me and answering questions?
