Nobility can be purchased inside the oracle or earned through quests.

 

How are they acquired..because I can't say the word I want to say. -_-

 

You acquire them by buying them with real money. Or do quests, they drop randomly from them.

 

Means you can buy them with real cash, or win them for free by doing quests. Quests drop nobility points at random might take awhile until you lucky but is free.
