There's tons of ways to earn them... Babysitting, kidnapping for ransom (often while babysitting), working at McDonald's, Working the street corners, selling drugs, becoming a hit man, writing code that disables the national radar defense systems (in Colorado Springs), starting a gas station, blowing up your own gas station for the insurance, stealing wedding rings, robbing convenience stores, illegal adoptions, illegal abortions, illegal baby births (china), and even creating a successful app.
+1 to Evil. Also, is it still possible to get rancor equip? I was away so wasn't able to get it on main.
When you reset, you lose: All gold All pots Your entire build All allies Your place in your clan (unless you're clan owner) All your equip and enchantment levels Your username, obviously When you reset, you keep: All wall posts All contacts Xtals, nobs, and mith (i think) Any Propacks you bought. Still a little fuzzy from my reset.
LadyBoss, you forgot that permanent (propack and promo) items remain after a reset. Mithril does not carry over but your active spells are still in effect (until they inevitably expire). You keep the xstals and nobs you have. Whatever quests you completed will carryover to the new account. Only quests that are not completed will remain unlocked.
Amigo, I recently(near the end of season 1) contacted the devs. I asked if spells carry over when you reset, I had 20 rl and wanted to get the resurrection achievement(I was only missing 1 reset). They told me spells do not carry over. I reset anyways, I don't have rancor eq. (This is all about an alt of mine I can't access right now).
The 'color your name' spells used to carry over, it might be that all selfcasted (and only those) do carry over. Not that those are of any importance whatsoever...
Thank you Jam for clarifying that for me. It would make sense that the devs wouldn't allow spells to carry over if they were activated non-voluntarily. Whether or not spells that were "player-activated" carry over is a question that remains. It is comical how a simple question could garner such a complex answer. It is a testament to the amount of bureaucracy that has slowly entered the app's gameplay. Cheers!
I also remember being told by a mod that battle spells, ally spells, and plunder spells don't carry over. Think about some reset little guy hitting a few haunts. I think that only cosmetic spells would carry over.
Do you know when that changed? I distinctly remember a time that battle spells carried and resets did higher quests while they could.
You know how if you take your allies stats and divide them by 50 is how much is added on to your stats, is it the same in all ata games? I thought it was only 2% that gets added on?
Dividing by 50 is equal to 2% of the stats. For all ATA game's is out if my knowledge. I'd assume so though if the stats are some what similar.
The 2% thing confuses a lot of people. Your bonus to ally stats are 2% of your raw stats at full. Your true strength is your raw strength plus any pro pack or reset item bonus, then add bonus from equipment and allies at face value. Last but not least, add on any marketplace items that you use.
