For future reference, the sale price is always 20% of what you paid for the building, for any level.

 

Build question:


I'm planning on getting 2 more level 4 guilds, I have 6 right now.
every other buildings besides my guilds and castle are Level 3 beastiary's.
(I have 19 lands so far)

So, should I get 2 more level 4 guilds, then the rest of my remaining lands are Attack based buildings? (for the extra attack boost)

I plan on converting my beastiary's to war Aviary's after I upgrade my castle

Charizard, get guilds until you have 7, then go straight to max level T3's - Aviaries and Sum circles, not sub factories.

Get to 25 lands like this, then you want 5 more highlands with lvl 4 guilds, before you go back and convert every attack build into a lvl 3 CoE (recommended) or other T4. Go straight tl lvl 3, no lvl 1 or 2.

Unlocking equipment is too hard

 

I usually recommend building T2 lvl3 and guilds lvl4 until unlocking land 25. Than I have hitters convert their T2s to T4 lvl1. T3 just seem a waste of gold since T4 got discounted when T5 came out.

You need to have a spell to complete them, which is only awarded for losing/receiving a no match for an EE war.
