Bfa and bfe, then pots. I know pots is true because when defending, it goes from weakest to strongest pot but has to include equips and allies first, or else you would go through all of your pots instead just the forst few.
Wars can pay more if you have the right set up, i.e. Hitting a hlbc osf, rather than an EE war. If you are comparing EE vs eb, eb wins by a country mile.
I just looked it up and it apparently means Bulletin Board. So, they are Bulletin Board Codes (which makes sense once you think about it).
