Ok so I'm trying to swap two i device accounts at the transfer page .an it says to paste udid above and there is no above bit?????

Same thing happened to me a few months ago so I emailed the Devs all the account info and they transferred them for me.

I bumped the thread made by Eagle to further explain how to pull off a transfer without ATA help.

Only result to e-mailing the developers if something goes wrong after attempting to pull off the transer yourself.
