You sometimes wall them and ask them too come.

 

If you mean in your clan, you can send a wc ad out requesting mercs, or you can wall friends that are mercs as well.

Sometimes wc doesn't work. You can keep trying, just only post 3 messages in 5 minutes, we don't want you spamming

 

My clan owner duchess99 said farming is not allowed in kaw, only wars. Is there a punishment by devs for farming?

You can farm to your hearts desire, it is Definitely Not against the rules to farm, so feel free. Now your clan owner might not allow it as a clan policy, but if you like farming then go to a farming clan and do it all you want
