Nope. Only when they try to message you xD

 

Rsmall, when you try to wall them/pm them, an error message will appear saying that you are blocked.

Oh Vas, they say it's about FoD plunder and difficulty to hit. Difficulty of EB should be a little higher than T7. I haven't personally tried T8 EBs yet, as you guys know I'm in a middle of a war. :lol:
