Does anyone know:
1. What the stats of the ring start at, 2. What level they go up to, 3. What the maxed rings stats are?

 

Toc ring - 6.5m spy attack/defense.

Ring of lost souls - 9.1m spy attack. 5.2m spy defense.

Ring of zealots - 10m attack. 5m defense.

Ring of illusion - 5.525m spy attack. 7.225m spy defense.

 

Toc ring's max is 7. The rest are 10.

Yes spy. Look at my clans history, the guy named something like "gabrielks" has one.

 

What in cs ( example : 3 mill cs minimum to join clan ) and how do I calculate it

I was wondering what the best combination of rings would be for my kind of build?

Ring of illusion, Ring of silence?

Or does the new ring still pale in comparison to the red paladin rings; the Ring of Lost Souls and Ring of Zealots?

 

New ring is better than other eb rings, but worse than red paladin rings

 

I'd say, Ring of Zealots and Ring of Lost Souls because you're a hansel and ring of zealots is the only attack ring, and Ring of Lost Souls gives the highest spy stats out of the rings.
