There is no exact % or odds you will get it for it is very low. Just be active, hit a lot and hope you get it.

OSF is 0 attack builds and ALL soy buildings. Look at the guide to OSFing in strategy.

Pin your self in attack all day and sell all defense pots. Osf are 0 attack and rest spies for the build

Hey, what building gives the max ally plunder when fully upgraded? I think it's SoS, but I'm not sure. Thanks.

Titans lair the t4 defensive building give the most plunder, then COE , Cf and finally SOS

SOS I would guess. Then Coe. But it depends on your land/ build g distribution too, >2/3 SOS or not.
