Around 3m Att and Def I believe.

 

If you had all 24 lowlands with fully upgraded CoE's it would be 2273.856 attk/def plus whatever stats you have on the highland. 1 CoE is equeal to 94.744 attk/def.

per CoE on 24 lands. Soa few bil under 356 bil?
(If you the more exact math, a full t4 building is quoted at 13.5 bil per fully upgraded buildong)
