How do I earn permanent equipment? I have asked this question many times and no one will tell me. Do you have to be a certain level

Do obtain permanent equipment there are a few ways.

1. Low Land Complete rests. Only the first four resets give you permanent item.

2. Buy pro packs from the oracle.

Lastly, get lucky in the Epic Battles, The Destroyer, City of the Dead and Figure of Death.

Equipment - eb items. The others are just items.

You can get semiperm equipment from FOD COD n destroyer. You can also buy propacks from the oracle

Currently, equipment isn't exactly permanent. If you reset the items go too.

So appealing a perm silence, almost waited a week, basically the email should be asking for un-silence ? What's the odds on me being un-silenced ? And also how long (max) will it take ? A month ?

Suggest you wait longer than 1 week. Wait a month for spamming - 2 plus months for other offenses.

Just ask for an appeal and say youre very sorry and you learned your lessen in about 50x as many words.

Only try to appeal the silence if you know you have learned your lesson and you know the Terms of Use much better. I would definitely suggest waiting longer than one week.

If you haven't learned anything and haven't even bothered to read the Terms of Use once, then don't waste your and their time. Only email them if you can prove you deserve another chance

Wow, 3 months ? can you appeal multiple times then, without devs becoming annoyed? 

My first silence was ages ago and for spamming... :3 maybe that will help lol, it may have been in error.

I doubt it. If you email them about the same thing multiple times in a weeks span they will become annoyed and might stop replying.
