Not every FoD drops a perm item.

Also, sometimes it is dropped and a player who already has the sword receives it. As a player cannot receive the item twice, it looks like none was dropped.

It's a random item drop from the new EBs which you can equip permanently for a stat bonus until reset.

The new eb's (Destroyer, City of the Dead and Figure of death) have a chance to drop a perm item - doesnt carry through reset - which is an equippable item. More will be released at later dates for more combinations

Hi i was wondering how much u need to invest ontp allies once bought the t4 spy building tp get mp because i no that u need to spend 200m on lvl4 guilds so want to know how much for the t4s

To be safe i would say you need about 15 bil always. Just a general rule.

Although how much you need will always increase as your plunder cap goes up.

Yeah, about 15b in allies always gives you max plunder - for the most part
