There is no period, the only way ｔｈｅ ban is lifted is if you email support

The only way to get unbanned is through emailing the devs. Just because you email them doesn't mean they'll unban you.

Go to forums, their should be a list of tabs near top of page, look for leaderboard or post count or something like that. Sorry, I'm not absolutely sure, been a while since I've been on PC.
