EB drops from city of the dead, figure of death, and the destroyer. Future updates too.

You can get equipment by doing the new quests and you receive it as a random drop.

As soon as the android version of the update comes put. Devs haven't put an eta but it should be soon now

The New EBs were scheduled to come out shortly after the equipment update.

Shortly after generally means now-2 weeks or so.
