Ambush does not drop them, I believe.

Destroyer, Figure of Death and City of the Dead all do. I think those are all the ones that drop pots. Correct me if I'm wrong :roll:

You can get it by doing the first 4 resets, also they are random drops in some of the epic battles. I suggest you look at the "Strategy" section of the forums, is says where they all are/their benifits/ where you get them in there.
