@bandit: well jut email the devs at support@athinkingape.com and give the following information below,

Kaw name:

Date of creation:

Last played:

Last purchase:

GTM location:

This will confirm that you are the account holder!

The go to your new idevice, get the udid code (download it off app store free download) or connect your new idevice to iTunes to a pc and go to the serial number and click it and copy/paste the udid code in the email and the new Kaw account name so the devs can transfer the accounts for you! (note: may take 10 to 4 hours to respond)

@ eagle when i had transfer issues they took like half an hour to respond to my e-mail and the problem was fixed was i just lucky??

IDK where he got those numbers from, but they almost always fix issues in less than 24 hours. You probably did get lucky or there was a low customer service request volume at the time.
