From what I read, Missy is right.

If you tore town T4s for level 4 guilds your plunder probably dropped. SOS also decreases your plunder by ~1m ea SOS until 2/3 of your land becomes SOSs

Bob, that figure is off an OSF. From MM's guide, it shows that on eb's, it will decrease only a few hundred k.

Check plunder on eb
Buy a small ally (~100 mil)
Hit eb from full again.

If increases, not at max. If so repeat stages, if it doesnt increase youre at max.

@Kingspy- 20% of each level.

So if you have a level 3 T3, you get 20% back of the cost of Level1, 2 AND 3; not just level 3.

Volley transfering is the best way. Or buy their allies.
