A build no matter what it is, can always be stolen from when it has gold out. The build will never go dtw until it has no gold.

Yes, you can always be assassinated or scouted, and can be stolen from if you have gold out.

Even with 0 spy troops? But you still have sdts.

Here so, you can still get assassinated even if you have sdts only for spies but no spy troops?

Towers don't affect fight mechanics. I'm not totally sure about assassinating, but I'm positive that any build can be stolen with gold out.
