If my owner drops me and then rehires me who gets all the gold, if I get all the gold would it not make sense for him to do this so I get stronger and make him more,

That's called drop volleying. It makes owner lose a ton of gold for hiree to make a mil a pop.

It would not make him more money... You lose a % of the cost you bought the ally for, varies depending on how long you have had the ally, when you drop him. It would make the ally more money however, but is not exactly the best way to money transfer to an alt, per say
