It's called your BTA. Your real stats are shown at the top, but what everybody sees is your BTA. That is what they are referring to.

As I think like 3 stables would make 1M real stats. Lol

Need more spy. A lot more. I would suggest 7 in total, thats where the plunder from them starts to lessen in my experience.
