    Keep the "improved seal" in the middle while slowing brining down the other bar and testing for the sweet spot. Once the sweet spot is found keep both bars where they are to attack through the seals

    No you use the seal to get it to the sweet spot then attack and assassinate.

    So the sweet spot is for the other bar then use seals to bring the bar down?

    The Nether Seal needs to be 6650-8250 points, using the seal, and then you can attack/assa. And you must keep the Nether bar in the sweet spot to keep attacking because it regens every 2 minutes.

    Here is what you do.
    Use the item "Seal of Deflection" to bring down the "Improved Seal" Bar to about half. Keep it at about half.

    Next,
    While you keep the other bar at half, use the item "Seal of Lightning" to slowly bring down the "Seal of Nether" about 2,000 at a time. For every 2,000 try to attack or assassinate. You can only attack/assassinate when you reach the "Sweet Spot" which is about 3,000 points wide and changes everytime you do the eb.

    The sweet spot is 6750-8250 on the Seal of the Nether bar. The bar is hit with seal of deflection. When at the sweet spot, players can attack/assassinate apherium (main bar)

    So you can use items successfully at any time but you have to keep it at a certain % and keep it there so you can attack?
