You mean nobility points. To get more, you can buy them from the oracle for real cash on any device, or there is a 0.73% chance to drop 1 point per successful quest that you do.

ON SPORAVEK'S REVENGE it says you need talisman to hit cavernous mouth and then in the picture it says you need the necklace, is it both or either one ?

I'm pretty sure it's perm but I don't know yet. Since they made it so you need it in Sporavek's Revenge and all the weekend wars I assume it's going to stay, at least for a while
