So, I'm roughly 38 mil CS.

How do you get the circles

 

You can get them by opening icon of agonies (rare drop) or you can buy them from the marketplace for 1 nobility point each.

 

Also you occasionally get them as login rewards from the devs and they were recently given as event rewards for the ASW betting. I know these aren't seen as normal means but I figured I would chip in

That's not really a problem we can help with that much, but you can try going to a store with free Wi-Fi (e.g. Starbucks) and using it to increase your connection speed if it really bothers you that much.

PS1 vs PS in Lowland war.

I recently played PS1 but after having all my troops killed 5 seconds of every match beginning and being pinned for the war I was wondering why don't people play PS more?

My troops basically gave free plunder to the enemy so I figured I may as well get rid of them in favour of better spy. This means I can outspy ps1 s as well and skim steal/AKO as needed.

Is this a good or bad idea and please explain?

 

Don't fight PS1, it was an amazing console.

As for Hansels, they're generally supposed to pin troops quickly on a target and finish it with assassins or run scout bombs on the enemies pure spies or Hansel's.

I ran PS back in S5, and while it was effective, PS still need SDT to function so that they aren't 0'd in the first ten seconds from 3 people running scout bombs. Each build has its pros and con's, it is up to you to build it correctly and your WC to use your build properly.
