Can you enchant your event banner? If so, how?

 

No you can't.

But why do i see people with +3 on their banner?

 

Because they achieveed the next tier of the banner rewards.

I have a +2 (8 banner tokens) if I received 10 Banner Tokens, I could have acquired a +3 Banner.

Probably the 6 Token Banner as the banner leveling system was pretty basic.

8 Banner Tokens (+2)
2.50% atk and spy atk
1.5% def and spy def

10 Banner Tokens (+3)
2.75% atk and spy atk
1.75% def and spy def

Following this numerical pattern, yours would more than likely be:

6 Banner Tokens (no +X present)
2.25% atk and spy atk
1.25% def and spy def

 

Where do you see this? What level is mine?

I don't see one on yours.

 

If you can't see anything it means that it's in level 1 (tier 1, 4 or 7 event rewards).

@grizzy you don't have one because yours would've been the start like 1 rime token. The next tier would be 2, then 3.
