  1. The 9b is the increase... you take 30% of the increase.

5% is how much each hire will raise the price of the ally based on the previous value. I don't need to take this value into account seeing as we aren't working out how many hires it will take to reach the 10b.

We only need to know the amount of increase we get (9b) and how much of this we will gain as profit (30%)

30% of 9b is 2.7b and we gain roughly half that. So 1.35b

  2. Any tips on how you can gain some extra perm members in your clan? Because I am struggling with it. Me and some of our admins post Ads on wc and we have even made a thread about the clan.

  3. be drunk in cc

  4. Yes farokh is right. You express your personality more freely when your drunk so people will be more attracted to you.

  5. The thing that's most attractive (to me at least) is an active clan chat. If you have a bunch of nice and funny people consistently in the clan chat, then it tends to keep people.

Also, running event eb rotations on top of an active cc is great.

  6. Most players seek out clans that provide a few different assets. The obvious perks include popularity, protection, and a decent, interesting and active CC. Nobody likes being in a clan with inactive owners/admins. So, being active is a must. This includes instigating conversation and cultivating a fun environment.

If you're small, it is hard to pull in bigger players. There are tons of clans out there with tons of players trying to figure out this very trick. Charisma, knowledge and general ability to run a clan make a big deal for an owner. There is a lot of work needed to be a successful owner.

    Best of luck.

  7. Just to add a little to willy here:

There are many different types of clans too, with different roles. You have your HTE b2bs, osw renowned, family clans, training/teaching clans, mercs (to a lesser extent these days) If you're starting a clan it can be a good idea to choose what kind of clan you want to be and what rile you want to fill. I recommend starting out as a training/teaching clan. You can snipe new players off wc, do clan internal volleys, practice wars, and always be open to answering questions. You won't have 100% retention, but many of these people feel loyal and will become permanent fixtures in your clan. Once those exist, you can progress into a different role that require more perms.

Good luck. Differentiate yourself and succeed in it.
