  5. Is it best to upgrade Elven Temples from lvl 3 - 4, or finish building lands on the HL and upgrading Colony's from there?

  8. Do elven temples before upgrading HL to level 4 that's just ridiculous cost for stat increase. Get all HL to level 3 then do all hf
